STATE OF DELAWARE, § Crim. ID Nos. 1201002933
§ 1204003166 (S)
Appellee. §
Submitted: October 6, 2026
Decided: October 14, 2026
ORDER
On September 23, 2026, the Clerk’s office issued a notice, sent by certified
mail, directing the appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed
for his failure to (i) pay the filing fee or file a motion and affidavit to proceed in
forma pauperis and (ii) file the Official Form A, as directed in earlier
correspondence. The notice to show cause was delivered on September 25, but the
appellant has not responded. Dismissal of this appeal is therefore deemed to be
unopposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, under Supreme Court Rules 3(b)(2)
and 29(b), that the appeal is DISMISSED.
