ID No. K2410006742 § Appellee. § Submitted: September 16, 2026 Decided: September 23, 2026 ORDER On August 13, 2026, the Court denied the appellant’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis. The Clerk’s office then directed the appellant to pay the filing fee by August 28 or a notice to show cause would issue. The appellant did not pay the fee, and the Clerk’s office issued a notice, by certified mail, directing the appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed. The appellant received the notice on September 5, 2026. The appellant has failed to respond to the notice to show cause or to pay the filing fee, and dismissal of this action therefore is deemed to be unopposed.
