No.: K26A-08-002 RLG ) MERB, ) ) Appellee. ) ORDER ON AMENDED APPLICATION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS The Court, having considered Plaintiff’s Amended Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and the affidavit filed in connection therewith, finds as follows: 1. On August 26, 2026, Ms. Taylor filed an Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and affidavit in conjunction with a Notice of Appeal. 2. On September 10, 2026, the Court denied Ms. Taylor’s application for failure to complete the affidavit fully and accurately. The Court mandated that Ms. Taylor either pay the filing fee of $210.00 or submit a fully completed affidavit within 30 calendar days. 3. On September 18, 2026, Ms. Taylor filed an Amended Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and Affidavit. 1 IT IS SO ORDERED, this 23rd day of September, 2026, that the Amended Application is GRANTED.
