McLeod appeals from the trial court’s final summary judgment and denials of his motions for sanctions and disqualification. We affirm the final judgment and denial of sanctions without further comment. The appeal from the trial court’s order denying Appellant’s motion for disqualification as moot is treated as a petition for a writ of prohibition, and said petition is denied. 2
