FICHTE, Appellee. _____________________________ On appeal from the Circuit Court for Duval County. Katie L. Dearing, Judge. July 28, 2021 PER CURIAM. We affirm the trial court’s order enforcing the settlement agreement except for the trial court’s failure to apply the statutory $100 deductible to the global settlement amount of $20,000. See § 631.57(1)(a)2., Fla. Stat. (2019). Based on Appellee’s confession of error, we reverse and remand with directions that the trial court order Appellant to pay $19,900 to Appellee. AFFIRMED in part; REVERSED in part; and REMANDED with directions.
