RANDOLPH MACK,
Appellant,
v.
FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE
o/b/o MELISSA MACK,
Appellee.
____________________________
On appeal from the Circuit Court for Levy County.
Robert K. Groeb, Judge.
February 10, 2021
PER CURIAM.
Randolph Mack appeals the trial court’s order establishing his
child support obligation. He contends there was no evidence
presented to establish his income. The Department agrees and
concedes error. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
Because we reverse on this ground, we do not reach the other
issues raised.
REVERSED and REMANDED.
ROWE, OSTERHAUS, and LONG, JJ., concur.

Not final until disposition of any timely and
authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or
