2 BLACKMON v. OPM
Ms. Blackmon seeks review of letters from OPM re-
garding her annuity calculation, and her response indi-
cates that she now has filed a pending appeal to the Board
regarding the matter. Our jurisdiction does not extend to
direct review of OPM letters/decisions, see generally 28
U.S.C. § 1295, and while this court’s jurisdiction extends to
review of final decisions of the Board, id. § 1295(a)(9),
Ms. Blackmon identifies no final decision on this matter.
Nor has Ms. Blackmon provided persuasive basis for the
court to stay this case while her Board appeal proceeds.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
(1) This matter is dismissed with each party to bear its
own costs.
(2) All pending motions are denied.
