Case: 26-2117 Document: 6 Page: 2 Filed: 10/23/2026
2 WELLS v. U.S. COURT OF APPEALS
The United States District Court for the District of
North Dakota dismissed Mr. Wells’s case for failure to
raise any comprehensible claim, which the United States
Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit summarily af-
firmed. Mr. Wells now appears to seek our review of both
decisions, but we lack jurisdiction. The district court case
does not appear to fall within our limited subject matter
jurisdiction, see 28 U.S.C. § 1295, and we do not have juris-
diction to review decisions of other circuit courts of appeals,
see 28 U.S.C. § 1254. To whatever extent Mr. Wells seeks
any other relief, he has not identified any basis for our ju-
risdiction.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
(1) The appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
(2) Each party shall bear its own costs.
