STATE OF FLORIDA
_____________________________
No. 1D20-1846
_____________________________
MARY TAYLOR CHRISTENSEN,
Former Wife,
Appellant,
v.
ROBERT L. CHRISTENSEN,
Former Husband, and
ADVERTISING SERVICES, INC.,
Appellees.
_____________________________
On appeal from the Circuit Court for Okaloosa County.
John T. Brown, Judge.
August 12, 2021
PER CURIAM.
Mary Christensen, the former wife, appeals the trial court’s
post-dissolution final judgment denying her motion for contempt
and granting the former husband’s petition for modification of
alimony. Because the trial court correctly applied the law to the
evidence and the former wife failed to show an abuse of the trial
court’s discretion, we affirm.
AFFIRMED.
B.L. THOMAS, ROBERTS, and LONG, JJ., concur.
_____________________________
Not final until disposition of any timely and
authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or
