(holding any violation of the speedy trial rule should have been raised in a direct
appeal from his conviction and sentence); Gray v. Wainwright, 442 So. 2d 312, 312
(Fla. 1st DCA 1983) (affirming trial court’s summary dismissal of the petition for
writ of habeas petition claiming violation of speedy trial rule, which should have
been raised on direct appeal); Adkinson v. State, 401 So. 2d 882 (Fla. 3d DCA 1981)
(same); Pell v. State, 393 So. 2d 1140 (Fla. 3d DCA 1981) (same).
