IN RE BOARD OF CERTIFIED
COURT REPORTER EXAMINERS
PER CURIAM
The Board of Certified Court Reporter Examiners (the Board) has submitted a
proposed change to section 3 of the Regulations of the Board of Certified Court Reporter
Examiners. Specifically, the Board has proposed that the certificate renewal fee be increased
to cover necessary expenses associated with the duties of the Board. The current certificate
renewal fee has not been amended since 2003. See In re Rule Providing for Certification of Court
Reporters; Regulations of the Board of Certified Court Reporter Examiners, 354 Ark. App’x 730
(2003) (per curiam). We have reviewed the Board’s proposal, and having been sufficiently
advised of the appropriateness of this request, we adopt the amendment to section 3 of the
regulations. The revision to section 3, which is set out in “line-in, line-out” fashion below
(new material is underlined; deleted material is lined through), is effective immediately.
Section 3 of the Regulations of the Board of Certified Court Reporter Examiners
