In Re Amendment to Administrative Plans for Circuit Courts

Cite as 2026 Ark. 131 SUPREME COURT OF ARKANSAS Opinion Delivered: October 1, 2026 IN RE AMENDMENT TO ADMINISTRATIVE PLANS FOR CIRCUIT COURTS PER CURIAM Pursuant to Administrative Order No. 14, amendments to currently approved administrative plans have been submitted by the Second Circuit and Nineteenth East Circuit. The amendment for the Second Circuit is approved and shall be effective January 1, 2027. The amendment for the Nineteenth East Circuit is also approved and shall be effective immediately. Administrative plans currently in effect for all other circuit courts remain in full force and effect until a subsequent plan is approved. Special Justice CORY COX joins. WEBB, J., not participating.
