MEMORANDUM OPINION Angela Pennington Briggs filed a pro se notice of appeal from a final decree of divorce. On September 10, 2026, an order granting a motion for new trial in the trial court was filed in this appeal. By letter from the Clerk of this Court, the Court requested a response from Appellant as to whether or not she wishes to proceed with the appeal. The response was due on or before Monday, September 21, 2026. Appellant was further advised that the appeal would be dismissed without further notice if Appellant did not respond to the Clerkโ€™s letter. Appellant has not responded to the Clerkโ€™s letter. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(b), (c).
