NUMBER 13-26-00603-CV COURT OF APPEALS THIRTEENTH DISTRICT OF TEXAS CORPUS CHRISTI – EDINBURG AMBER NICOLE PEREZ, Appellant, v. MATTHEW W. BOBO, PLLC, MATTHEW W. BOBO, AND KATY L. HART, Appellees. ON APPEAL FROM THE 135TH DISTRICT COURT OF VICTORIA COUNTY, TEXAS MEMORANDUM OPINION Before Chief Justice Tijerina and Justices Cron and Fonseca Memorandum Opinion by Chief Justice Tijerina This cause is before the Court on appellees’ motion to dismiss and appellant’s emergency motion to determine the cost of preparation of the clerk’s record. On August 26, 2026, appellant filed a notice of appeal attempting to appeal an “Order Granting Third- Party Defendants Matthew W. Bob, PLLC, Matthew W. Bobo, and Katy L. Hart’s Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to TRCP 91a” signed on August 25, 2026. Upon review of appellee’s motion, appellant’s response, and the documents before us, it is apparent that there is no final, appealable order. Furthermore, appellant fails to identify any interlocutory order which is made appealable by statute. Absent an appealable interlocutory order or final judgment, this Court has no jurisdiction over this appeal. See Ogletree v. Matthews, 262 W.S.3d 316, 319 n. 1 (Tex. 2007); Lehmann v. Har-Con Corp., 39 S.W.3d 191,195 (Tex. 2001). Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.3(a), on any party’s motion, the court may dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(b). The Court is of the opinion that the appeal should be dismissed for want of jurisdiction. See id. Accordingly, appellees’ motion to dismiss is granted and the appeal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction. See id. Furthermore, appellant’s motion to determine the cost of preparation of the clerk’s record is denied as moot. JAIME TIJERINA Chief Justice Delivered and filed on the 24th day of September, 2026. 2
