On October 19, 2026, the parties filed an “Agreed Motion to Dismiss Appeal,” asking this Court to dismiss this appeal pursuant to Rule 42.1(a)(2) of the Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2). We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2). Each party shall bear its own costs of appeal. See id. 42.1(d).
