NOT FOR PUBLICATION IN WEST'S HAWAIʻI REPORTS AND PACIFIC REPORTER Electronically Filed Intermediate Court of Appeals CAAP-XX-XXXXXXX 09-OCT-2026 11:06 AM Dkt. 175 ODMR NO. CAAP-XX-XXXXXXX IN THE INTERMEDIATE COURT OF APPEALS OF THE STATE OF HAWAIʻI NICOLE MOREAU-BROWN, Petitioner-Appellee, v. STEPHEN R. KENNY, Respondent-Appellant. APPEAL FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE SECOND CIRCUIT WAILUKU DIVISION (CASE NO. 2DSS-XX-XXXXXXX) ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION (By: Hiraoka, Presiding Judge, Wadsworth and Gluck, JJ.) On October 6, 2026, self-represented respondent- appellant Stephen R. Kenny (Kenny) filed documents titled "Appropriate Due Process" as Docket #169 and "Orders to Stand Down" as Docket #171 in the instant case. Liberally construing Kenny's filings, Kenny may be requesting that this court reconsider its September 29, 2026 Summary Disposition Order, which affirmed the January 14, 2026 "Order (1) Granting Petitioner's Oral Motion to Set Aside the Court's September 29, 2025 Oral Order Granting Respondent's Motion to Set Aside Default Judgment (DKT 82), (2) Setting Aside the Court's Order Dissolving the Injunction Against Harassment on November 10[,] 2025 (DKT 98), and (3) Reconfirming that the NOT FOR PUBLICATION IN WEST'S HAWAIʻI REPORTS AND PACIFIC REPORTER Injunctions Against Harassment entered Against Respondent on April 21, 2025 and on June 30, 2025 (DKT; 12 and 59) Remain in Full Force and Effect" entered by the District Court of the Second Circuit, Wailuku Division. To the extent Kenny moves for reconsideration, he presents no point of law or fact that this court overlooked or misapprehended. See Hawaiʻi Rules of Appellate Procedure Rule 40(b). Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is denied. DATED: Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, October 9, 2026. /s/ Keith K. Hiraoka Presiding Judge /s/ Clyde J. Wadsworth Associate Judge /s/ Daniel M.
