STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, Respondent. _____________________________ Petition for Review of Non-Final Agency Action—Original Proceedings. May 20, 2026 PER CURIAM. The Court denies Petitioner’s motion to strike, filed on April 10, 2026. The Court grants the petition for review and sets aside in part the emergency order suspending Petitioner’s license to practice nursing but only to the extent that it prevents Petitioner from practicing nursing in administrative roles that require no patient contact. The case is remanded to the Department for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. ROWE, WINOKUR, and M.K.
