THE STATE OF TEXAS § (nfp)
JUDGMENT
This court has considered the record on appeal in this case and holds that there
was no error in the trial court’s judgment of conviction. We modify the trial court’s
“Order Appointing Counsel” and “Amended - Order Appointing Counsel – For
Appeal” to delete the portions requiring Appellant Austin James Acree to contribute
to the payment of his appointed counsel’s fees and expenses, and we affirm those
orders as modified.
