We modify the trial court’s “Order Appointing Counsel” and “Amended - Order Appointing Counsel – For Appeal” to delete the portions requiring Appellant Austin James Acree to contribute to the payment of his appointed counsel’s fees and expenses, and we affirm those orders as modified.
