TEXAS COURT OF APPEALS, THIRD DISTRICT, AT AUSTIN
NO. 03-26-00484-CR
Quincy Shelton Bell, Appellant
v.
The State of Texas, Appellee
FROM THE 452ND DISTRICT COURT OF MCCULLOCH COUNTY
NO. 7097, THE HONORABLE ROBERT R. HOFMANN, JUDGE PRESIDING
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant Quincy Shelton Bell has filed a notice of appeal from the district
court’s order of deferred adjudication for the offense of evading arrest. Bell pleaded guilty to
that offense and was placed on community supervision for ten years.
The trial court’s certification of Bell’s right of appeal did not indicate whether
Bell had a right to appeal the order of deferred adjudication, so this Court abated the appeal and
remanded the case to the trial court for preparation and filing of a completed certification. See
Tex. R. App. P. 25.2(a)(2), (d); 34.5(c)(2). The trial court has now certified that Bell does not
have a right to appeal the order. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
