In the Court of Appeals Second Appellate District of Texas at Fort Worth ___________________________ No. 02-26-00301-CR No. 02-26-00302-CR ___________________________ HUBERT SADDLER, Appellant V. THE STATE OF TEXAS On Appeal from Criminal District Court No. 4 Tarrant County, Texas Trial Court Nos. 1656133, 1673961 Before Wallach, J.; Sudderth, C.J.; and Walker, J. Per Curiam Memorandum Opinion MEMORANDUM OPINION On August 12, 2026, Appellant Hubert Saddler filed notices of appeal after a hearing at which the trial court apparently revoked his community supervision, adjudicated him guilty, and sentenced him.1 However, the next day, the trial court signed orders granting “a new hearing . . . on the probation revocation.” We have no record of any further orders signed by the trial court. Accordingly, we notified Appellant of our concern that we lacked jurisdiction over his appeals and cautioned him that we would dismiss his appeals unless, within ten days, a party provided this court with a signed, appealable order in each appeal. We have not received a response. Because there does not appear to be any signed, appealable order in these cases, we dismiss these appeals for lack of jurisdiction. See Tex. R. App. P. 26.2(a); Tristan v. State, Nos. 01-19-01017-CR, 01-19-01018-CR, 2023 WL 2697884, at *1 (Tex. App.— Houston [1st Dist.] Mar. 30, 2023, no pet.) (per curiam) (mem. op., not designated for publication); see also Shields, 2021 WL 2460858, at *1. Per Curiam Do Not Publish Tex. R. App. P. 47.2(b) Delivered: October 22, 2026 1 The district clerk’s “certificate of proceedings” in each case summarizes the trial court’s rulings at the hearing, but this court was not provided with any trial court order memorializing the rulings. See Shields v. State, Nos. 02-21-00022-CR through 02-21-00027-CR, 02-21-00043-CR, 2021 WL 2460858, at *1 (Tex. App.—Fort Worth June 17, 2021, no pet.) (mem. op., not designated for publication) (noting that a district clerk’s certificate of proceedings is not an appealable order). 2
