MEMORANDUM OPINION
The trial court convicted Appellant, Christopher Ross Bryant, of theft, a state
jail felony, and cruelty to nonlivestock animals, a third-degree felony. See TEX.
PENAL CODE ANN. §§ 31.03(a), (e)(4)(D), 42.092(b)(1), (c-1) (West Supp. 2025).
Appellant filed a notice of appeal from each judgment of conviction. Appellant has
now filed an unopposed motion to dismiss in each cause. The motions are signed by
Appellant and Appellant’s attorney in accordance with Rule 42.2(a) of the Texas
Rules of Appellate Procedure. TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a).
We grant Appellant’s motions and dismiss the appeals.
