MEMORANDUM OPINION Larry Ashby appealed the trial court’s judgment of conviction for solicitation of prostitution for which sentence was imposed on July 23, 2026. On September 1, 2026, Ashby filed a voluntary motion to dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a). The motion was signed by Ashby and his attorney. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a). Ashby’s motion to dismiss this appeal is granted. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. Id.
