Appellant, Tanner James Alphin, appeals from the trial court’s judgment adjudicating him guilty of the offense of assault 1 and sentencing him to 300 days of confinement in Tarrant County Jail. 2 Pending before the Court is Appellant’s motion to voluntarily dismiss the appeal.
