MEMORANDUM OPINION
On June 14, 2022, the trial court sentenced Armando Jesus Ramirez in Trial
Cause Number 22-01-01095 on an indictment for aggravated robbery. On July 22,
2026, Ramirez filed an undated notice of appeal. The District Clerk then sent the
notice of appeal and the trial court’s certification to the Ninth Court of Appeals. The
trial court’s certification, signed on June 14, 2022, states that the case “is a plea-
bargain case, and the defendant has NO right of appeal.”
1
On August 18, 2026, we notified the parties that we would dismiss the appeal
unless the Appellant established that the trial court’s certification was incorrect.
None of the parties responded to the Court’s notice. Because the record lacks a
certification that shows Ramirez has the right of appeal, we dismiss the appeal. See
Tex. R. App. P. 25.2(d), 43.2(f).
