Meza, Justice Delivered and Filed: August 26, 2026 MOTION GRANTED; APPEAL DISMISSED On July 13, 2026, appellantโ€™s counsel filed a motion to dismiss this appeal under Rule 42.2(a) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. Because appellant had not signed the motion, we denied it without prejudice and ordered counsel to file a motion that complies with the rule. On August 4, 2026, appellant filed a motion to dismiss signed by both appellant and his attorney. He states that he waived his right to appeal in this cause as part of a plea bargain in two later cases, and the State does not oppose dismissal. 04-26-00302-CR The motion complies with Rule 42.2(a).
