Our Order of August 24, 2026, is withdrawn.
Zachary David Johnson, Appellant, filed a motion to dismiss his appeals. See
Tex. R. App. P. 42.2(a). A request to dismiss the appeals is signed personally by the
Appellant and his attorney joined the motion to dismiss. Id. Appellant filed the

motion before the appellate court issued a decision in the appeals. We grant the
motion and dismiss the appeals. See id. 43.2(f).
