KORTNEY DALON BALL Criminal Court for Davidson County No. 2024-C-1944 ___________________________________ No. M2026-01034-CCA-R8-CO ___________________________________ ORDER On July 10, 2026, this Court stayed review of the Rule of Appellate Procedure 8 motion filed by the Defendant, Kortney Dalon Ball, and remanded the matter to the trial court for further consideration. The trial court subsequently granted the Defendant bond. Thus, the Defendant did not renew his Rule 8 motion before this Court.
