Gaston Sentence adjudged 14 August 2025 by a general court-martial tried at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, consisting of a military judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction to E-1, confinement for five years, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and a dishonorable discharge. 1 For Appellant: Commander Daniel C.
