Marcel WRIT DENIED Relator, Sherneski Bell, seeks review of what he characterizes as the constructive denial of his access to the transcripts of hearings he claims were conducted on March 7 and April 13, 2022, as well as access to the video of the March 7, 2022 proceeding. Relator asserts that the documents are necessary to show that the district court refused to consider his motion for a speedy trial, and that the Clerk of Court for the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court has repeatedly failed to provide him the correct documents. This Court’s supervisory review is confined to issues that were submitted to the trial court unless the interest of justice clearly requires otherwise. See Uniform Rules —Courts of Appeal, Rule 1-3. Relator’s application does not indicate that he first sought relief in the district 26-KH-491 1 court on this claim, nor is a lower court ruling included for this Court to review. Relator therefore presents nothing for our review. See State v. Perez 24-416 (La. App. 5 Cir. 9/20/24), 2024 WL 4249854. On the showing made, relator is not entitled to relief.
