HOPE LOUISE CERMELJ, also known as
HOPE ALOHALANI CERMELJ, Defendant-Appellant.
APPEAL FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE THIRD CIRCUIT
NORTH KOHALA DIVISION
(CASE NO. 3DTC-24-219562)
ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
(By: Wadsworth, Presiding Judge, Guidry and Gluck, JJ.)
On August 24, 2026, the court received a letter
(Letter) from self-represented Plaintiff-Appellant Hope Louise
Cermelj, also known as Hope Alohalani Cermelj. The Letter was
filed on August 27, 2026 as Docket #104 in the instant case.
Liberally construing Cermelj's filing, Cermelj may be
requesting that this court reconsider its July 31, 2026 Summary
Disposition Order (SDO), which affirmed the August 29, 2024
Judgment of Conviction and Sentence entered by the District
Court of the Third Circuit, North Kohala Division. To the
