FIRST DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL STATE OF FLORIDA _____________________________ No. 1D21-0485 _____________________________ WILLIE JONES, Petitioner, v. MIKE HARRISON, Sheriff of Gulf County, Respondent. _____________________________ Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus—Original Jurisdiction. May 12, 2021 PER CURIAM. The court denies the petition for writ of habeas corpus on the merits. See Bowens v. Ford v. LEWIS, TANENBAUM, and LONG, JJ., concur. _____________________________ Not final until disposition of any timely and authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or 9.331. _____________________________ Jack A. Fleischman of Fleischman & Fleischman, P.A., West Palm Beach, for Petitioner.
