FIRST DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL
STATE OF FLORIDA
_____________________________
No. 1D19-2157
_____________________________
JAMIE SALMON,
Appellant,
v.
STATE OF FLORIDA,
Appellee.
_____________________________
On appeal from the Circuit Court for Leon County.
Robert E. Long, Judge.
March 20, 2020
PER CURIAM.
We affirm the judgment and sentence but remand for
correction of a scrivenerโs error pertaining to count 2. Appellant
entered a plea of nolo contendere to the crime of possession of a
controlled substance and the trial court orally adjudicated him
guilty of this offense. However, the written judgment stated that
Appellant entered a plea of nolo contendere to the crime of
possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and the trial
court adjudicated him guilty of that offense. Upon remand, the
written judgment should be corrected to properly reflect that
Appellant was adjudicated guilty of possession of a controlled
substance.
LEWIS, WINOKUR, and M.K. THOMAS, JJ., concur.

Not final until disposition of any timely and
authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or
