State, 342 So. 3d 807, 810 (Fla. 1st DCA 2022) (determining whether probable cause exists to search a vehicle by utilizing a “totality-of-the-circumstances approach”); Aldama v. State, 394 So. 3d 148, 151 (Fla. 3d DCA 2024) (finding probable cause to search where officers smelled marijuana in the vehicle and defendant’s answers dispelled a lawful explanation for the scent); Hoehaver v. State, 389 So. 3d 766, 768 (Fla. 5th DCA 2024) (concluding that the odor of burnt marijuana emanating from inside a vehicle supplied probable cause to search).
