for the Eastern District of Texas
USDC No. 4:17-CR-9-2
______________________________
Before Smith, Southwick, and Oldham, Circuit Judges.
Per Curiam: *
Chia Lee, federal prisoner #26965-078, appeals the denial of her pro se
motion to correct a clerical error in the record per Federal Rule of Criminal
Procedure 36. Lee sought to have her base offense level changed from 36 to
34. The district court did not err in determining that the proposed change
does not fall within the scope of Rule 36. See United States v. Mackay,
757 F.3d 195, 197, 200 (5th Cir. 2014). AFFIRMED.
