ROBERT ADEWOLE, Appellee On Appeal from the County Civil Court at Law No. 4 Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 1261841 MEMORANDUM OPINION On June 29, 2026, appellant Goodleap LLC filed a notice of interlocutory appeal from the trial courtโ€™s June 9, 2026 order. On July 21, 2026, appellant filed a Voluntary Motion to Dismiss Appeal asserting that appellant โ€œno longer wishes to pursue this [a]ppealโ€ and requesting that โ€œthis Court dismiss this appeal.โ€ See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).1 No other party has filed a notice of appeal, and no opinion has issued. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1), (c). Accordingly, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(f). We dismiss any other pending motions as moot.
