MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant, Caitlyn Brewer appealed from a judgment that granted a motion for summary judgment disposing of all parties and claims in the trial court. Appellant and Appellees have filed a joint motion to dismiss this appeal. In the joint motion, Appellant and Appellees state that they have reached an agreement to settle this proceeding and ask this Court to dismiss the appeal in accordance with the parties’ Settlement Agreement. The joint motion to dismiss is granted. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).
