Bickel appeals the final administrative order of the Department of Financial Services that adopted the Department hearing officer’s recommended order upholding the Department’s denial of Appellant’s Petition for Waiver of a statutory provision. The Department’s denial of Appellant’s Petition was based on its finding it was not authorized to grant waivers from statutory requirements under section 120.542, Florida Statutes (2025). Because Appellant fails to demonstrate any ground for this court to set aside the Department’s Final Order under section 120.68(7), Florida Statues, we are correct to affirm the final agency action.
