Before LOKEN, SHEPHERD, and ERICKSON, Circuit Judges.
____________
PER CURIAM.
John Doe petitions for review of a final order of the Securities and Exchange
Commission (the Commission) denying his whistleblower award application. Upon
careful review, we conclude that substantial evidence supported the Commission’s
determination that Doe’s information did not lead to the successful enforcement
action. See Pederson v. U.S. Sec. & Exch. Comm’n, 153 F.4th 624, 634 (8th Cir.
2025) (standard of review). Accordingly, we deny the petition for review. See 8th
Cir. R. 47B.
